Registration Fee
A registration fee of $150.00 is charged for all students in Pre-Kindergarten-Grade 8. An additional $50.00 ICT fee is added for students in Kindergarten-Grade 8. This fee must be paid with the registration form.
Method of Payment
1. Full Payment
A one-time discount of $50.00 ($25.00 for Kindergarten) will be applied if tuition is paid in full by August 1st.
2. Semi-Annual
August 1 - $900.00
January 1 - $900.00
*Post-dated cheques are due at registration
3. Monthly
- Ten (10) post-dated cheques in the amount of $180.00 each, per child.
- Dates from August 1st to May 1st.
- Please attach all post-dated cheques to the registration form.
Charitable receipts may be issued for a portion of Kindergarten to Grade 8 tuition fees that are in excess of the pro-rated "cost per child" for academic training. (Please note: Pre-Kindergarten fees are considered childcare and are therefore not eligible for a charitable receipt.)
Late Registrants
Students must be registered and in attendance by September 30 of each school year. Any student who applies after this date will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Any accepted registrants during October to December will be charged full fees.
St. Emile Children's Centre
Before and After School Program
(Monday to Friday)
A $50.00 deposit is required for all S.E.C.C. Services.
Permanent full-time Before School Program: $1250.00 Annually
Permanent full-time After School Program: $1250.00 Annually
S.E.C.C. services can be paid in full; by two half payments (September and February); or by ten post dated (September-June) cheques. All post-dated cheques must be received by Septmber 9, 2011.
Students with grandfathered part-time registration statuses will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
At the current time, casual care is not available.
