About the Grade 3 Program...

Welcome to Grade 3!

We're getting to the end of Early Years...  We have more work than Grade 2, but less than Grade 4.  We build on what we have learned in Grade 2.

We work independently, in pairs, in small groups, and as a whole class.

We use manipulatives.  We build things.  We design things.  We test our ideas.  We explain how we got our answers.  We read our stories.  We present readers' theatre and projects to the class.  We take turns helping out in the classroom.

We work hard, but we have fun, too!
